Happy Halloween!

We have been celebrating Halloween now for a week. It started off with a couples party last Friday night. Mike and I had so much fun. Then last Sunday we went to the Gunn's house for a family party. The party was a blast, Mike even got second place in a dance off. Last night we carved four great pumpkins with the Gunn's (they are our neighbors that we've adopted or they have adopted us Adelynn calls him Grandpa Dunn). Today was finally Halloween, the sad part was Mike left to go hunting in Colorado we missed him. We started the day off watching Nyah in her school parade. All the costumes were so much fun and the music kept Ella bouncing. Grandma and Grandpa Fell joined us for our traditional Halloween dinner (witches brew... aka taco soup, and blood with eyeballs to drink...aka fruit punch and ice cubes with gummy eyes). Then we took off trick or treating witch was fun tell it got dark because then all Adelynn could say was this is stary (scary) lets go home. So we headed home minus one witches hat and two buckets full of candy. I thought it would be fun to start a new tradition for after trick or treating. Homemade donuts with hot chocolate. Lets just say I hope next year works out a little better. The donuts we like hard flat rocks. I hope next years work out a little better.

Fall Leaves

I dressed the girls up and took them to the park to play in the leaves. They had so much fun crunching them with their feet. Ella tried to get some and Nyah and Adelynn just ran and played.

Fall Fun at Sundance

For family night we went up to Sundance and took the ski lift up the mountain. It was so beautiful I love fall time with all the changing colors. The girls loved the ski lift. When we first went to get on Adelynn didn't sit down she started screaming and took of running they had to shut the lift off so we could get her on. Mike and I were laughing. Once she was on she had tons of fun.

Ella is Crawling!!!

After a couple of weeks of trying Ella finally figured out how to crawl. I put her on the floor today to play with some toys. One of the toys she was eyeing and she took off after it. She did it she crawled. I can't believe how big she is getting.

I was driving Nyah to the dentist and we past the American Fork Temple, Nyah says "Mom that's were I am going to get married." Then Adelynn pipes in and says "Me too mom, and I am going to marry Biggy (he is the neighbor boy) and Donald Duck is going to be there." I was trying so hard not to laugh. The funny thing is that she is so serious.

While the Rooster is away......the Chicks will Play

Because Mike had been gone hunting so much me and the girls decided to have some fun of our own. From Sept. 6-10, 2008 we went to Disneyland. Nyah discovered that she loved roller coasters. Adelynn loved the princesses, and Ella was just an angel that enjoyed everything.
