No School

Friday at school Nyah made this hat and her dream is that everyone would have a happy life. I thought that was really sweet of her. Oh and was today a happy life. I think I'm excited for summer I really enjoy not running around like a chicken with my head cut off in the mornings. We all slept in then got to play the rest of the day.

We took the kids to Pirate Island for lunch. The kids had a ton of fun and the food was really pretty good.

Alyse laughed!

It was the cutest, sweetest laugh I've heard in awhile. I was rubbing lotion on her legs and feet and when I went over her foot she laughed! I tried to get her to do it again but I just got lots of smiles. Now I know it's in there it's just a matter of getting her to get it out.

Park City Getaway

At the beginning of the week Mike called and said why don't you see if Erika can watch the kids overnight on Friday and we will go up to Park City. All the plans worked out Erika watched the kids, however we did take Alyse with us but she still sleeps alot so it was like it was just the two of us. We had a great time. I told Mike that we need to do this at least twice a year. It was so relaxing. I think I got 9 hours of sleep! Much needed sleep. On Saturday I even got Mike to hit a few outlet stores with me.

Ringing in 2010

We rang in the New Year at Mike's aunt Lori's house. We started off the night with a steak and lobster dinner. Oh yummy was all the food really supper good. We played games. All the kids had so much fun playing with all their cousins.
All the kids made it tell midnight! I must say they have way to much energy none of them even looked like the time on the clock was fazing them. I was so tired.

I'm glad we went to Idaho and saw everyone. This New Years was way fun. If you remember my party from last year. Oh yes everyone was asleep by eight except for me. It was fun to party and have people awake with me.

Christmas Break

We had a great Christmas break. After Christmas, Mikes sister Tiffany and her two kids came to stay with us. The kids had tons of fun playing with all their new toys. We even got them to go outside a few times. Ella played in the snow for her first time. I think that she really enjoyed it tell she fell down then she would get made because she couldn't get back up.

Mike pulled the kids around on the sled. They really enjoyed this, they stayed outside for over two hours.

Tiffany was awesome with her help we recovered my scary chairs.

They look a 100 times better! Thank you so much Tiffany.

I love this picture is shows just how much fun the kids were having. Ella played her little heart out and crashed in Alyse's play land. Tiffany and her kids left on Sunday. Monday we decided it would be a great time to head to Idaho with Nyah being out of school and Mike's work slow. So we packed up and headed for Idaho.

We had so much fun. We saw family from cousins to Great Grandparents. I had so much fun showing off Alyse. No one in my family had seen her yet.

We were busy running around and visiting family. Having lunch or dinner here and there. It was fun to visit and see everyone. Thank you so much everyone for letting us crash your days, nights, meals, and parties!

Merry Christmas

Christmas morning came fast. I was awakened by Adelynn screaming from the front room what Santa had brought her. I said no, no come in here Adelynn. Then she proceed to announce what Santa had left for her sisters (luckily I don't think she know what Santa had left for Nyah because that could have really made Nyah mad if she ruined her surprise). Next year we will have to put up a divider or something.

As the girls started to open up their gifts I looked around the front room and all I saw was a sea of pink. Oh poor Mike there he was (him and his buffalo book) the only thing in the room that didn't scream GIRL.

All the girls got just what they had wished for. Nyah and her crayon maker, Adelynn and her vanity, Ella and her baby, and Alyse got her own piggy bank with her name on it.

Alyse's First Christmas! She was so sweet.

In the afternoon Mike's family came by to exchange gifts. Then we had dinner and the kids played.

Christmas this year was so much fun. The kids make it amazing. I love to watch their faces and how excited they get. After six years of having kids on Christmas I don't think that it will ever get old watching them light up.

Christmas Eve

The kids have been counting down for this day, Christmas Eve! They are so excited they have been bouncing off walls especially today.

Christmas Eve evening we went to Mike's brother Mark's house for dinner. Mike's parents and his sister Tiffany and her to kids were also there. We had a great time. We had wonderful food and we played a intense game of spoons and the kids put on a play.

When we got home from Mark and Melaine's we let the kids open one gift. Surprise it's new PJ's. The kids looked so cute in their matching red nightgowns. After they put on their PJ's we looked up online were Santa was and oh he was just up the road so the kids were off to bed.
