Santa

I took the girls to see Santa it was so much fun. Nyah has such a big hart she told Santa that she wanted to give her gift this year to a little girl that isn't going to have Christmas. She had told me previously that she was going to do this but I wondered if she would change her mind when she saw Santa and knew what she told him was going to be. I'm so proud of her. Adelynn asked for a carry-okey (karaoke system) machine it was so cute how she said it. Ella from the moment she saw Santa she kept saying I want a princess castle, I want a princess castle she must have told him a hundred times it was so cute because when she gets excited she has a hard time spitting out the words. Then there was Alyse I had to translate she wants a doggy that really walks. I loved this moment it was so fun to watch their eyes get big when they talked to Santa.

Family Pictures

I decided to go fancy for family pictures this year. I thought I would make more use out of the girls Christmas dresses. I just love this picture above Alyse would smile so big for her Daddy.

Alyse's 2 year pictures

My sweet little Alyse! You make me laugh on a daily basses. I love it when music comes on no mater what you are doing you stop and say I dance. Then you are off dancing. I love that you can't be pushed around by your sisters you are a very strong willed person.

I love that you like to give out kisses and hugs now, it only took two years but it was worth the wait. I love that you have to have clean hands! I love that if you get something on your shirt we have to change it.

I love how you are talking more and more every day. You have the cutest little voice.

Nyah's Daddy Daughter Date

For Nyah's activity days they had a Daddy daughter date night. Mike and Nyah had a great time. They had a sports theme party. They had hot dogs to eat. They played some games and learned about being good sports. They painted each others faces and ended with a cake decorating contest. Both Nyah and Mike had a great time.

Thanksgiving

What a great day to look at our lives and see all our many, many blessings. All our family had other plans this year so when the Gunns invited us over for Thanksgiving dinner we were happy to join our second family. There was so much good food.
All the kids had so much fun. The Gunns have grand kids all the same ages as our kids so there is plenty of fun for the kids to have.

After dinner we stayed and played for hours.

I think Alyse really enjoyed the chocolate pie.

I'm so thankful for a good husband that is such a hard worker and good provider for our family. I'm thankful for my 4 sweet little girls, I don't know what I would do with out them. I'm thankful for not only my health but the health of my family. I'm thankful for the gospel in our lives I don't know were we would be with out it. I'm thankful for our home and great neighbors and friends that we are surrounded by. Friends that are more like family. How blessed are we.

Happy Halloween

Happy Halloween! What a fun day we have had. Adelynn a purple my little pony, Alyse a cupcake because Ella is pinkilicious and you can't have one with out the other, and then there is Nyah our little rock star.
The kids had a great time trick or treating. After trick or treating I made homemade donuts and hot chocolate (which we really didn't need it was such a nice day) and invited everyone and anyone in that came by trick or treating. It was such a great time. I can't believe I didn't get any pictures I don't know what my deal is this year I need to pick up the camera. Oct. 31, 2011

Halloween Parade

I love going to the Halloween Parade every year at the kids school. The little girls had so much fun watching it. You would have thought we went to Disneyland Ella and Alyse were spotting all the princesses and were so excited every time the saw one. I'm not sure if Nyah really wants us to come and watch her she claims it is so embarrassing when she sees us. Oh and yes Mike came to watch this year so when I told him that she was embarrassed of us he totally yelled her name and was waving at her to think if she hadn't even said anything we probably would have left her alone.

Then there is Adelynn she just loves us.

Carving Pumpkins

We didn't get our pumpkin patch planted this year it was so rainy and cold in the spring and by the time it got nice it was to late. We did find some great pumpkins to carve the kids each picked one out. Let the carving begin. Nyah said that her favorite part it getting all the guts out.

On the other hand Ella would not touch the guts.

Even Alyse got in on the scooping of the guts. The pumpkins all turned out awesome I'm not sure why I didn't get a picture of them when we were done carving. I guess you will have to take my word for it.

My baby is 2!!

It's hard to believe that my baby is already 2!! Time is a crazy thing, I am a believer that the older you get the fast the years go by. Alyse loved her birthday! She was so excited that we were having a party. The week before her birthday I took her to the party store and pulled out different character plates to have her pick her party theme. It made me laugh she took forever to pick a plate. I laughed because I thought it would be faster to have my soon to be two year old help me pick I'm the one that can't make a decision. She finally decided on Mine Mouse. Ella gave Alyse her full support so when I told her we were having a party for her she has been so excited.

Alyse was darling when we were signing to her she was singing and dancing along. I just adored that moment.

Just when I thought it couldn't get any cuter every gift she opened she stood up and danced around the room with that toy.

Happy Birthday sweet girl! We all love you so much you bring such a sweetness to our home.

Cornbelly's

I might not like the cold weather that comes with fall but I love everything else. I love the changing leaves, all the fun fall activities and most of all the holidays that fallow.

We had so much fun at Cornbelly's there was a lot to do. First things first we road the train Alyse and Ella love trains right now, so there was no time to waist that was first on the list. Second we attempted the corn maze Mike and I thought it was great fun but when we weren't done and out in less then 5 minutes the little girls were so worried that we were lost that they started to panic. No worries Mike was there to save the day. He know a little trick that if you head to the edge of the maze it always takes you out the girlie's were relieved.

Then we did my favorite thing posed for pictures. We ended the fun day with the bouncy houses. Everyone had a great time.

Best Friends

I love how Alyse and Ella are the best of friends. They love it when they have the same outfit so has you can see they were in heaven when I showed them I had the same pj's for them.

Funny Things

Nyah and Adelynn were riding their 4wheelers Alyse wanted to go for a ride so she put a baseball mite on her head for her helmet. She said she was ready to go.

Labor Day Weekend

What a great way to end the weekend. We headed up to American Fork Canyon and had a picnic. The kids also got to do a little fishing.

Back to School

This is the first year that I was kind of glad that the kids were going back to school. But then the day came and I have to say I wish it was summer again.

The girls were both super excited about their new classes and teachers. They were a little on the nervous side but not to bad.

Nyah had a great first day! The newness wore off after the first week Nyah called me twice the second week of school. I told her to be strong and school would be out soon. Now I think she is doing great she is in the swing of things she has friends in her class and loves her teacher. Fingers crossed for no more calls.

Adelynn was spreading her sun shine and jokes all over class before the first week was up. Her tall tails made her morning teacher think that she had forgotten her birthday and she was feeling really bad when her afternoon teacher a neighbor and good friend of ours laughed and told her not to worry it was not Adelynns birthday. This was just one of Adelynn's tall tails. Her second week of school was so long for her also. She also called home twice. Now she is in the swing of things and is loving school.

Happy Birthday Mom

The girls and I took a trip to Idaho for Grandma Fells birthday. We had the best time. Not only did we get to spend tons of time visiting my Mom and Dad our days were packed full of fun. Thursday when we got their we surprised Grandma Fell with our visit and the look on her face made it worth the 3 1/2 hour car ride with screaming crazy kids. It was so nice to see her and be able to be with her. There is nothing like being next to your mom. I still love to cuddle up next to her I feel so safe and so special like there is nothing in the world that could hurt me. That night the girls stayed with Grandpa Fell and I got to go out to dinner with my Aunt Kim and Susan and also my cousins Megan and Rebbecca. We had a great time.

Friday went back and forth with plans but I was happy with how it turned out. We saw my Mom in the morning then headed over to Leo's (a kid friendly restaurant they have a huge area for the kids to play) with my Dad, little brother, and his kids. The kids had so much fun. They played tell they were all sweaty. Then the kids and I headed to Rigby were we meet my cousin Rebbecca and her kids and Megan and her little boy at Rigby Lake. The kids had so much fun playing in the water and sand. They made a sand village and the little kids walked threw it like they were King Kong they destroyed it in no time. I'm glad the big kids were ok with it. From the lake we headed over to Grandma and Grandpa Roberts house were we had a BBQ with my Moms family. It was so nice to see all my Aunts and Uncles and cousins. I hardly ever get to see everyone so it was so nice of my Grandparents to put the BBQ together. I love my family and miss them tons I wish I lived closer so I could enjoy them more.

We started Saturday off by visiting my mother-in-law it was also her birthday. The girls and I had a nice visit with her. Then we were off to my little brothers baby's first birthday party. After the party we went and visited my Mom again. It's been nice to spend time with her.

I'm glad we took our little trip to Idaho it was full of fun memories. Happy Birthday Mom, Love you!
