Thanksgiving Week

Wednesday me and the girls helped Grandma and Grandpa Fell put up their Christmas tree and decorations. Grandpa Fell took Nyah and Adelynn to a potato cellar to get some potatoes. I told them stories of when I was little I used to live on a farm. I also told them about Clinton and I riding our trikes down the hill of potatoes. Grandpa Fell wasn't very happy about that story. The girls had fun they couldn't believe the big pills of potatoes.

After Mike got back from hunting we headed over to Great Grandma and Grandpa Roberts. We had dinner with them and visited. It was so great to see them. While we were there my Aunt Kim, Uncle Allen, Ty, and Logan stopped by. I was so happy to see everyone. I really miss seeing and being with my family.

We are all so lucky and truly blessed with so many wonderful blessings. We shared the day with family. Thanksgiving dinner was so good. We ate at Aunt Loris house. There was so much food and it was all so good.

We ended Thanksgiving day with the traditional family Thanksgiving bowl. We had so much fun bowling. I'm still not a very good bowler. The girls had higher scores than I did. However it's not as bad as it sounds the girls did have bumpers.

What a way to end our Thanksgiving day week. I got up Friday at 3:45 am to go shopping. In the end I really think that it was worth it I got some great deals and I made a huge dent on my Christmas list.

Twilight

The movie finally came out after a year of waiting. My friend Jeanney and I rented a theater out for the event. We knew we wouldn't be able to get a ticket if we didn't do something drastic so we rent the theater and sold all 250 seats. I think we could have sold more fans were coming out of the wood work for tickets. We had so much fun we started of the night going to dinner at a Italian restaurant they were having a Twilight special. Then we headed to the theater to set up for the raffle. I felt bad for Jeanney I wasn't much help with how giddy I was. Then the main event started at midnight everyone started clapping and cheering. I loved the movie. I must admit I think I have a crush on Edward the actor now not just the Edward in my head from the book. We had tons of fun and hope that everyone that joined us did to. I'm so sad in my crazy state I forgot my camera so I have no fun pictures of this excitement.

Nyah's Poinsettia Performance

Nyah danced at the Poinsettia Festival last night. She did such a great job Mike and I were so proud of her. They danced to the song Rockin Robin. Nyah was so excited all week long to perform. Friday morning Nyah woke up early with excitement to dance. After there performance she told me that she didn't want to stop dancing she wanted to get back up on stage and do it again.

Adelynn's Quote of the Week

Today I was laying on the floor because my tummy was upset. Adelynn came up to me and said "what's wrong mom is your heart beeping".

Disney on Ice

Last night Mike and I took the girls to Disney on Ice. We had such a great time. I love watching the magic in Adelynns face. She had a grin from ear to ear the entire time except when the whale at Pinnochio. Ella started bouncing and cooing as soon as the music started. Nyah enjoyed the show.

Adelynn's Quote of the Week

Adelynn wanted to play with play-doh so she came in and said to me "Get my play-doh down or you can't come to my birthday party." I laughed and Mike smiled and said "can I come." Adleynn said "no, your a boy and no boys are allowed."

Ella is Standing

Ella is now pulling herself up on to stuff to stand. I think what really made her want to stand was so she could see what Adelynn was doing up on the chair. She just loves Adelynn she laughs every time she looks at her and always wants to be around her. -Nov. 9, 2008

When Mike's away the girls will play

While Mike was gone hunting in Colorado I redid the living room. My friend Susan Johnson helped me she did a great job, I love it. As far as Mike is concerned I'm not sure if he really noticed anything but the new chair.

Daddies Home

We are so happy to have Mike home after a week long hunting trip to Colorado. He got home last night and the girls are so excited to have him home. We are happy to say that he got his deer.

Adelynn's Quote of the Week

Tonight for dinner we had cornbread with honey on it. Adelynn then shared with us all about honey. Adelynn says "honey is made from bees pooping and if you eat it you will get bumblebees in your tummy".
