Bring Your Dad To Dance

This past week at dance it was bring your Dad to dance. I got to hand it to Mike he sure is a good sport. He first went to class with Adelynn which was interesting. She never wants to go in to dance she always cries, but once she gets in there she is fine and loves it. So Mike got to see this in action. Finally she agreed to go in with Mike but she had to take her Cinderella doll with her. Mike and I couldn't stop laughing when Adelynn decided to have Cinderella hope over the scarf they were leaping over. After Adelynn threw Cinderella she then gracefully leaped over the scarf then Mike went. Mike did great for a whole hour he just went right along with Adelynn and her craziness. Yes, I do realize that Adelynn's shiny boots are not ballet shoes but she would not take them off. Next was Nyah's class. He lucked out he only had to dance the last 15 minutes in her class, he got to do a lot of watching (they are trying to learn a new dance) however he did come out of Nyah's class winning the best hip hop Dad. Good work Mike! The girls loved having Mike in there class. - Feb. 11,2009
