We made it threw the first week. I feel a little like a zombie due to no sleep. Thank goodness for Mike. He has stayed home and helped out with the other kids so I can sleep during the day. We are working on getting Alyse on a good schedule which I think will really help with the night and day confusion. 
Oh Alyse is so sweet! I just don't want to put her down. They grow up so fast.
