We had a busy Saturday. Mikes really started on Friday and ended on Saturday. This weekend he ran the Ragnar. Him and his team did great. Mike ran three different legs in the 188 mile Wasatch Back relay. His first leg was just over 6 miles down hill and he ran it in 7.2 minute miles, his next leg was just over 8 miles up hill and he ran it in 9.3 minute miles, and his final leg was just over 3 miles he did this in about 8 minute miles. We are so proud of him he did better then what we could have hoped for. I wish I could have been there but Nyah had a ballet in the afternoon and Mike made it back for her evening recital.
Nyah is a beautiful dancer! She had a small dancing part in the ballet. She did a great job!
She had four different dances in the evening recital. One of them was Party in the USA. This was a jazz dance and it was darling. Nyah did a great job!
Nyah had another jazz dance they danced to Is You Ain't My Baby. This was a cute dance that they danced at competition with. 
Her tap dance was to a song called Romance. Nyah did awsome!
Her final dance was a hip hop dance done to a mix of songs that they call Fly Girl. I love this dance it is my favorite! They took this dance to competition and won first every time.
We are so proud of Nyah she is so fun to watch perform. She is a beautiful dancer!
Nyah had to say good bye to her dance teacher Miss Jamie. Her and her family moved to New Mexico. Nyah has danced with Miss Jamie for two years and she loves her and will really miss her. She was a great teacher. Nyah cried and it broke my heart to see her so sad.
